By accessing or using our multi-step form and payment service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders and Payment
Order Process:
You will be required to complete each step of the multi-step form accurately. Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or inability to process your order.
Deposit:
We will take a deposit for the emergency kit order of $250 regardless of whether the kit is an individual, couple/duo or family kit. This deposit will be a pre-authorization amount charged to your card. Once the order is complete the deposit will be collected alongside any balance of payment for the full order.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times will be provided after your order is processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees:
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds
Refunds:
Refunds are given and the deposit returned at anytime during the order process up to and before your emergency kit is shipped.
Return Policy:
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to accept any returns and all sales are final. If you feel that a mistake has been made with your order then please email us at orders@emergencydrugkits.com

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emergency Drug Partner Inc. and its affiliate partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective
immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
